Building Endurance is perfect for athletes preparing for longer races, hybrid fitness events, as well as anyone looking to increase energy, resiliency, and work capacity in both sport and life.

Endurance Block 1

A mix of strength, conditioning, and accessory work to build serious strength and all-around performance in the gym and in everyday life.
This program blends functional training with the main lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, press) plus metcons and accessory strength. Whether your goal is lifting heavier in the gym, performing stronger on race day, or simply thriving in everyday life, this track develops a rock-solid foundation.

Building Foundations is our entry-level strength and functional training program designed to help you move better, build confidence, and create a strong base for long-term progress. Using only dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and functional training tools, this program keeps things simple, approachable, and effective—no barbells or advanced equipment required.

Perfect for beginners, returning athletes, or anyone looking to master the basics while still getting a complete, well-rounded training plan.

Build Foundations

Build Speed & Power is a high-performance, 5-day / week training program designed for athletes looking to move faster and elevate their overall explosiveness. This program blends the foundational principles of powerlifting with targeted conditioning and athletic development to help you unlock your full potential.

Expect a strategic mix of powerlifting, running, machine intervals and plyometrics making this program perfect for hybrid athletes, runners, varsity sport athletes, and anyone who wants to get stronger and faster—not just one or the other. 

This program builds a powerful engine and a durable, explosive body ready for competition or peak performance training.

Build Speed & Power

Build Running Endurance is a focused, three-day-per-week program designed to develop a strong, efficient running engine while supporting long-term durability and performance. The goal is to build aerobic capacity, improve pacing, and increase stamina so you can run farther, stronger, and with confidence.

Each training week includes:
- One Long Run to build aerobic base, durability, and mental resilience
- One Tempo or Threshold Session to improve sustainable speed, efficiency, and race pacing
- One Interval Session with shorter efforts to develop speed endurance and running economy

This simple but effective structure allows athletes to make consistent progress without unnecessary fatigue. It pairs seamlessly with strength or hybrid training and is ideal for hybrid athletes, endurance-focused clients, or anyone looking to build a stronger running foundation.
